Three courses & drink

• Perched on Finnieston Quay, Radisson RED is a very stylish dining choice. Novelly, the hotel changes colour in reaction to light, meaning it looks particularly lovely on a summer’s evening.

• This Deal is for a private dining experience for eight people. You will be greeted with an Eden Mill gin and tonic or pint of St Mungo beer, before sitting down to dinner in the hotel’s swish Studio 9 suite.

• Radisson RED serves up fine dining dishes with a Scottish influence. You will be dining from the prix fixe menu. Although individual items can change, here is a sample:
