Maison by Glaschu uses only locally-sourced ingredients and harnesses classic French cooking with a Glasgow twist across its tempting European bistro menu. Popular starters include the classic Moules Marinère with white wine and garlic cream and their French onion soup served with a Gruyere crouton, whilst mains to savour include Confit Duck Leg Lasagne and their whole Place a la Meunière – all of which have already received rave reviews from diners!
