A craft beer bar long before craft beer bars existed, Cloisters is a cheery, welcoming and down to earth bar on Brougham Street. Cloisters kitchen serves several varieties of burger, all made by hand from prime Borders chuck steak. These are supplemented by daily specials and non-burger options like the cheese and cold meats deli platter; the feta, walnut and plum chutney filo bites or the deep fried squid with coriander, lime and sea salt.
